2.3 Release Notes (informative)
Version 1.1 of the audio-visual Profile makes use of an updated RE03 record that allows the communication of date of the first video on demand broadcast of a Resource.
Version 1.2 (this version) incorporates the Single Record Block Variant into this standard and harmonises the Multiple and Single Record Block Variants.
